mmm! how did this go? i have recently been enjoying a new romance (woo hoo!) and am discovering a new thing that fuses the emotional with the sexual in a sweet sweet way… she and i take turns sharing fears and vulnerabilities that are coming up, owning that it is fear based/not present reality based, and also coming from our own personal histories… the other takes it in without being defensive, acknowledges, maybe reflects similar fears/vulnerabilities… and woy, when yu dun sharing to each other… its better than make up sex…!! its like peeling back tender layers of self to the other (which can be scary), and then when those tender layers are accepted, loved… tender layers quivering on top of tender layers… whew! deeply electrifying, intimacy deepening at such a sweet sweet level. hotness. ha! it was reaching a point where we we like “you SURE you don’t have any fears to share…??” lol…
