July 18th to 20th, Helen MacMillan and Inner Journey Retreats present a weekend retreat entitled “A Reconnection and Renewal Retreat” at Woodside, St. Andrew. This weekend promises to be a time of fun, laughter, self discovery and just plain relaxation and re-connecting to your true self.

Sharing the week-end with seven other truth-seekers in the wonderful energy of Jamaica’s Blue Mountains was a fabulous experience. Together with Helen’s wisdom and guidance, the great food and company, I came back to Kingston feeling relaxed but envigorated, more focused and excited about my role as teacher, mentor, friend, daughter, mother and grandmother!(just need the right man now)

The Universe brought together the perfect group of people for this amazing retreat. No matter where anyone was on their spiritual path, each and everyone got exactly what they needed out of this wonderful weekend; whether it was that awesome ‘Aha’ moment of clear insight, or the quiet and peaceful affirmation that we are on the right path and all is well in our world – all was divinely guided in the beautiful, safe, and loving space provided by Helen, our gifted workshop leader.
