Sometimes we hear an inner call to come home to ourselves. We feel longing to retreat and seek the guidance from within… to reconnect with ourselves and the aspects of ourselves mirrored in those around us. This retreat provides a peaceful, sacred environment to nurture this reconnection with your sense of purpose, with nature and with others of like mind, to renew your health, well-being and zest for life! The retreat will include daily meditations and gentle movement sessions, including yoga.
The fun and informative self exploration process includes exercises to:
Discover your life purpose * Find your inner compass * Reconnect with your inner joy *Becoming aware of and releasing the “Trance of Scarcity” and where you have contracted in your body/mind * Embodying abundance * Learn EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) * Opening where you may have been contracting and self-limiting in the mind/body * Restore flow, movement, vitality and well-being

EFT for Pain Management/Relief
EFT is a powerful new discovery that combines two well established sciences so you can benefit from both at the same time: Mind Body Medicine and Acupuncture (without needles). In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians). Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.

Inner Journey Workshops
Using yoga postures and awareness exercises – including body mapping, we invite issues and beliefs that we may be holding in our subconcious mind and the tissues of the body, into our concious awareness. We then use movement, breathwork and tapping along the acupuncture meridians (energy pathways) of the body to release whatever comes up. Blockages in these pathways can lead to disease, decreased vitality and affect the flow of joyful abundance in our lives. By releasing them, we restore flow and balance in our body/mind complex.
