The recently held Trmw.Tday festival offered up a diverse menu of wellness, music, healthy food, and party all in the stunningly beautiful setting of Negril’s beaches and cliffs!  It was great fun teaching yoga on Negril’s 7 mile beach and here are some photos to prove how beautiful it was!
