Studio 174 Collaborates with Denver Art Gallery to Produce Mural with Local Artists
The BIG PICTURE Global Exchange by ILLITERATE Gallery in Denver, Colorado is a very cool project where photography meets street art on a global scale.
Big Picture 2011 is an international photographic exchange where photographers from around the world submitted images to be blown up as large format prints and displayed both indoors at Illiterate Gallery and at outdoor locations throughout the city of Denver as well as other cities across the world.
This map includes all of the images and locations where they are posted.
Local photographer Berette Macaulay teamed up with Rozi Chung of Studio 174 a funky downtown art space located at 174 Harbour Street in downtown Kingston. Rozi Chung founded Studio 174 and teaches Saturday morning art workshops at the studio to inner city kids and adults to help them uncover their artistic talents.
Studio 174 in association with Inscape Foundation also provides free visual and performing art therapy, specializing in trauma and crisis victims.
